@bwillett: I'm evil LOL! I introduced a nice sweet kid and then murder him in one go! We'll see where the roller coaster goes. You'll get more and more revealed of the dark dark past of Malie as we go along. He should have known lies always are found out.

I like the backgrounds in this, especially the palm trees. Reminds me of postcards from Santa Barbara.
I also like how Mal’s glasses went red and blue. Idk what it meant but it sure looked cool

I use a lot of mood colouring, blue means he's starting to go cold on King, Malie has always admitted to being "hot or cold" on someone (in the novels) and if he goes cold- it's done, he is in it only for what he can get the con artist takes over and his heart is no longer in it. But much like King this leaves him in a lonely place of disconnecting people and being alone.

I'm trying to add as many backgrounds as I can without causing myself more work but I do enjoy drawing palm trees now! The poor nephew, sometimes I got to torture people but the comic is a soap opera, and we're in for a roller coaster of a ride!

@SFE: thank you for your kind words! Yes as you may have figured out Malie thinks if he lies enough it will become the truth and that includes controlling his life as it spins out of control. Will we ever get him out if those gloves? Maybe one day! Thanks for reading!
