The Wayward Queen

The year is 2119. The world recovers from a societal collapse after over a century, and the city of New Orleans has become a melting pot for many who are looking for a new beginning, and a brighter future. Valorie Taylor is their latest tourist. After leaving her past behind in Los Angeles, she has wandered from state to state looking for a chance to start over. What she believes will be another destination may end up becoming her new home, for better or for worse.
