Volume 1
Rebel & the wolves Volume 1 issue 2
In the aftermath of the bank robbery and arrests shaking Crown City, Rue Robertson focuses on what matters most—his children. Balancing the responsibilities of fatherhood with the pressures surrounding the streets, Rue begins noticing something changing within him. His senses sharpen, his instincts become faster, and he starts reading situations before they unfold.
Searching for answers, Rue visits his imprisoned father, The Conductor, who recognizes the shift immediately. Rather than calling it power, The Conductor explains it as awareness—the ability to control timing and movement like a conductor guiding music. He warns Rue that the more control he gains, the more danger will follow, especially for the family depending on him.
Meanwhile, through the mysterious bracelet connected to Yari Santos, Tadari senses Rue’s discipline and growing restraint, confirming that something important is beginning to take shape.
As Rue returns home to his sleeping children, he begins to understand the true weight of his path. Because real power isn’t about what you can do—it’s about what you choose not to do.
