Mr. Crimes is a broken man in a broken city. He drinks too much, smokes too often, and drags himself through each day in a fog of regret and resentment. Now, all that’s left is the empty bottle, the smoke in his lungs, and a never-ending parade of criminals to hurt. This is not a story about redemption.
