I realize it's been a long time since I've updated here, both the comic and just... well, anything. Time Gate wound up going on a bit of a hiatus while I worked on other projects, and while I'm eventually planning on returning to it at some point in the future (hopefully sooner rather than later) in light of the recent developments with GlobalComix, its recent merger / acquisitions, and its clear motives to use generative AI (allegedly even against creators' consent) I'm not going to be continuing to share it here. That goes for both future episodes and what's currently available.
While I was once glad to be a part of this site during its humble beginnings, it's since strayed so far from those beginnings that it's barely recognizable anymore, and not in a way that I can overlook. Aside from all the coverage and allegations towards their current business practices, I've also had... not so great interactions and incidents with staff in the past, that left a sour taste in my mouth even before all these more recent developments. It's not even just the generative AI, it's the fact this platform is just not for indie creators anymore. That much is obvious from merely glancing at the front page.

Currently both series are still available on Webtoons, but that may change in the future as Webtoons also isn't a great platform. As such, my Tumblr will be the best place to follow for official updates on the series' status, where it's living, etc.
Anyways, that's all. It was a nice run, up until it wasn't. Maybe I'll see you in the other timeline where GlobalComix didn't turn to shit. But until then, I'll hopefully see you on any of those aforementioned platforms.
