Comics in this list will likely have some adult themes, sexuality, profanity, substance use, etc. That being said, I intend to only include material that I feel has some artistic value, I don't generally recommend anything that is simply vulgar or crude.

I try to find comics that are appropriate for kids, but some comics contain mild profanity or some scary or slightly gory content. This list is for comics that are more appropriate for older kids, I would say 13 to 16 years old at a minimum.
