Doug- I just got time to get back to this today and I saw that you had managed to get my Zip file PDF extracted. I've just published the book. I hope you'll check it out, if you haven't already. I have many more of my Sureshot Comics I plan to publish here in the coming weeks. Thanks for your help and keep an eye on my upcoming comics.

Also, I've uploaded many books and comics to Amazon's KDP, and to Ka-Blam.com, so I'm somewhat familiar with this process, but not GC's process yet.

Doug- I am trying to upload my Zip file for my first GC publication, "Adolescent Power Fantasies", a 68-page anthology comic book. I entered my meta data and it appears my zip file (which is 217.1 MB) has been loaded, but when I go to "extract" it, the process seems to stall, and I get a note saying "waiting for server to process release", and the grey spinning wheel just spins and spins. Since it is 68 pages, maybe I'm just not waiting long enough? The cover JPEG has loaded with no problem. Also, because of the size of the PDF, I don't think the panel to panel reading format with be best for this and the time it would take me to apply that, so I have it set on single page. Maybe there's something I missed, or the file's too large. Maybe I need to load each page as a JPEG, but I'm hoping I don't. Any tips, directions, or solutions are welcome. Thanks!

Posting a Thread is NOT SUPPORT! I don't want others to "discuss" my issues with this site, I want someone to tell me why my Zip file is not uploading. It is within the file size requirements. I'm trying to upload the interior pages for a 68-page anthology, but so far only the front cover JPEG has uploaded. And there's nowhere on this site to contact support. Very frustrating and I'm about to give up and cancel this account. Anyone out there know what I'm missing or doing wrong? Also I DO NOT want to use the panel to panel scroll option, but it's telling me my zip won't load because I don't have the panel to panel function on. WTH???

The site is not accepting my password. I request a new one and the next day it does not accept that one. I'm also having trouble uploading my Zip file. Only the cover art will load. I requested help but no responses. Posting a thread and waiting for other members to respond id hardly helpful support. Not impressed so far with this site.
