Twice now when I go to log into my account it is refusing my password, and I have to request another one.

The site is not accepting my password. I request a new one and the next day it does not accept that one. I'm also having trouble uploading my Zip file. Only the cover art will load. I requested help but no responses. Posting a thread and waiting for other members to respond id hardly helpful support. Not impressed so far with this site.
