Trying to find help
Have just joined globalcomix (working on a computer, Windows 10, Edge browser) - trying to find a help section for creators to discover the image sizes (dimension and memory) uploads need to be.
Scrolling to the bottom of the Homepage, there appears a list of links BUT it is very swiftly replaced by comics suggestions. The list is only onscreen for half a second.
Hi @gothink, the information on File Requirements can be found when uploading a release.
First you need to create a series in your creator account, then you can upload a release and in the top right corner of the website you will see the word "File Requirements". That will let you know everything from file type, to file size that you would need for uploading!

I started creating the series as you suggested, hit upon the request to create a cover image and have the same problem: zero information on what size the cover image must be.
Is there a help page with all these details laid out?
As for the cover image any proportion of 1080 by 1670 will work just fine. The site does its best to work with any image size but the aforementioned ratio is best. Also the banner maxes out at 1920px wide and 267px tall.
