Troubleshooting: Pages upload crooked

In the Edit release page section, some of my pages are being uploaded crooked, at an angle. So when looking at my pages in preview, with 2 page spread view enabled, its very apparent that one page is at an odd angle. or lower than it's opposite. I double checked the pages in clip studio paint, overlaying to make sure, and they are roughly identical in size.

There are no options(that I can find) to adjust the angle in the edit release page, so I'm not sure what to do. he pages were drawn on b4 paper, and cropped appropriately after scanning.

Any help would be appreciated to resolve this issue, as I am quite excited to publish my first comic on Globalcomix and be part of this growing community.

Here is a private link my unpublished comic, and the issue am referring, to occurs on various pages but the most clear examples are pages 6,7, 10,11, and 20, 21:  comics pages

Hi there, thank you for reporting the issue. I've looked into this and I'm not able to replicate the issue with pages being rotated at all. However, I did notice some of the pages are different sizes. GlobalComix does not automatically adjust pages for you or resize them. That's something that you would have to do.

However, for the rotation issue, can you send an email to contact@globalcomix.com with:
- Screenshots of what you are seeing
- Your Device type (phone, tablet, pc, etc)
- Which model you are using if on a phone or tablet
- Which OS you are using

This information will help us try to replicate or identify the specific issue. Let's try to figure this out together. It certainly sounds strange!

Thank you for responding. As you noted, it appears it's less an angle issue but page size. However, after resizing, and uploading 3 times, the pages show up undersized. I've also tried deleting the page, then uploading again, but the result is the same: the page is too short.

Mmmm, as a creator I run into this sometimes. What I used to do in the past was create a single document and import each image into that document make sure the edges line up and save a new jpeg. This way each page will be the size of the new document.

That might be a way to make them universally the same since it looks like you are scanning your work in and editing it (like I used to).

That worked!

I suppose a template to keep the scanned pages in uniformity will be needed for future uploads.

Thanks for your patience and help in this matter.
