Unable to "Start Conversation"

Hello. Someone applied to my "For Hire" post and I attempted to start a conversation with them to clarify using the buttons from the post management, but everytime I press the "Start Conversation" button, the page refreshes without sending my message in any manner I can confirm.

The text of my message remains in the text editor window. I'm using the latest version of Opera browser on windows 11.



Reproduction steps:
1.) View application under post management
2.) Press "Start Conversation"
3.) Type a message in the text editor box
4.) Press "Start Conversation"
