Update issues and duplicate pages

I just updated a few pages for a past work I published a few years ago. I noticed there were duplicate pages showing up on the computer version of the story even though they don't show up in the upload page where you can reorder pages. There are also a few warped pages. Weirdly enough the problem doesn't show up in the same way when viewed on a phone. Instead, there is an issue when viewing double page format. Some pages show up as one large page even when it's not a double page spread. The only version that works properly is when viewed on a phone single page. I'd greatly appreciate any help if possible. Thanks.
