Crowdfunding banner not working

Hello! For the first time I'm trying to use the Crowdfunding function. I added the campaign details to my latest upload - 'Infinite Wheatpaste Volume 2'
I have 'show banner' selected but I don't see the crowdfunding info when I view the title. 
Can you let me know if I'm doing something wrong?
