Change series URL

Hello, I recently changed the name of my project. Originally called Tales from the Sixth Sun, now called The Skyward Isles. I just started re-publishing releases of The Skyward Isles this morning. However I just noticed that my url for the series still contains the old series title. Is it possible to change the url?  Thanks!
