In the App nothing is showing in the My Shelf > Downloads

I have 78 comics downloaded, but when I go to the Downloads tab on my iPad it says "No downloaded comics to read just yet".  If I go to the issues I know I have downloaded they are marked as downloaded.  I have tried deleting and re-downloading, but it still says "No downloaded comics...".  This has only been going on since the most recent update.  Is there a solution as I manage my reading from the Downloads tab.
