BOOM! Leaving?

Boom was a big part of why I joined and it looks like all of their content is leaving. any word on why this is, and if it will be coming back? I'm assuming this is some kind of break down in negotiations or something, I'd just like to know if you guys are trying to work things out, or if BOOM! is gone for good.
