Metadata error: Field default_release_type not found

Hello,I uploaded a new issue for my title, but in the metadata panel I keep seeing the message:
Field default_release_type not found.

The issue displays correctly on the reader side, but this error shows up every time I try to edit the metadata. Could you please check if something is wrong with my release settings?
