Some of my pages are not loading
I am trying to upload my comic and the first few pages are loading just fine but some just refuse to load for some reason? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Is this a common issue?
Hello and thanks for reaching out. Can you let me know what browser you are using, what device and how are you uploading them? A PDF or individual images?
I spent hours today uploading and adding frames to my comic, and none of them are showing up. It shows that I don't even have an active series in my profile. What is going on?
Hi @CAPTAINCAPSLOCK, I am seeing a comic and able to read with the frames you added. With the imersive reading, it is not automatic, can you make your you have it enabled? If you open a series and tap in the middle of the screen, an overlay will appear. On the upper right of that overlay is an icon that looks like 3 frames. If it is grey, it is not active. Tap it to turn it on (it'll become orange). You might need to move to the next page for it to kick in.
