Private URLs Not Working

Hello GC! Not sure if this is a bug or user error, but I seem to be having issues with private URLs as of my last two releases.

Only I can access it. No one I send it to can access the release privately. They get a "release not found" error. I scheduled this release so was wondering if that may have borked something. But private urls used to work just fine for me with scheduled releases in the past.
