Sam and his partner Brucey are police inspectors in the bustling, polluted Sentinel City where they are investigating a rash of terrorist strikes against the powerful Bulldog Corp. Sam reflects on his relationship of with Bulldog Corp. and the story of the local legend, Ms. Poojah, a skilled elephant trunk player and her connection with the source of the attacks.
