The Lone Eagle
Graphic Novel - Action
The Lone Eagle
The Disaster (9 AD): The story opens in the rain-soaked mud of the Teutoburg Forest. Amidst the slaughter of three Roman legions, a seasoned veteran named Titus emerges as a "Lone Eagle"—a sole survivor of Rome's greatest defeat.
The Origin (2 AD): Seven years earlier, Titus was no soldier. He was a 17-year-old farmer’s son, built with a natural strength and a "warrior's spirit" he didn't yet understand. His father, Marcus, a veteran who earned their land through years of brutal service, wants his son far from the sword. Marcus has seen the cost of the Legions—having lost his own brother and closest friends to the frontier—and he will do anything to keep Titus on the farm.
The Turning Point: But fate has other plans. A violent tavern brawl on the outskirts of Rome goes too far. To escape the consequences and save his family, Titus is forced to take the oath and join the very life his father feared for him.
The Preview: This 11-page silent preview marks the beginning of a journey from a peaceful farm to the bloodiest forest in history.
Creator’s Note: This is my first-ever attempt at a comic book. It is a visual-first, silent prologue designed to introduce the grit and atmosphere of Titus's world.
