I was born in the North West of England when it was in black & white and gradually made my way through the beige tones of the Seventies to the colourful weirdness that is the modern world. I was a digital artist/graphic designer in the games industry for twenty years eventually moving on to teaching 2D/3D digital art at college level. I now create graphic novels and design alt film posters.

Richardson pursued the idea of establishing an ideal atmosphere for creative professionals, and thirty years later the company has grown to become the third-largest comics publisher in the United States.
