Looking a little deeper, I got 1 year in November of 2021 for 24.99, and when it re-upped in 2022 it charged 89.99 in November which is fine, but then it charged me 89.99 again in December. So I should have 1 year from November. I would like a refund on the December charge please.

I have been charged the $89.99 going on a 3rd time in the last 3 months. It looks like my year subscription is running concurrently and therefore running out in 1 month. I paid 24.99 in November 2021, followed by 89.99 in November 2022, then 89.99 in December of 2022 and it was about to charge me again in January. What can I do to get my money back, but keep 1 year on my subscription?
