
re: question for creators: how do you usually plan your comics?
I have a giant outline of the entire story written out already. It's a big mess and really needs to be organized but I can still read it.
From there, I write a detailed outline and script for one volume at a time. That way when I start the art part of things, I don't have to think about what the characters are saying or text. JUST art.

re: What is your storytelling approach?
I am a planner through and through. I need to know generally where my comic is going before I can start drawing.
For me, when coming up with a story, I just start when a list of possible chapters with quick descriptions for each one.
From there, for each chapter, I write out a good size paragraph of what is going to happen. After that, I can start...

re: What drew you into making/wanting to make comics?
I loved reading growing up and eventually grew into wanting to make my own stories.
I also enjoyed making my own little comics in school in my notebooks. I wanted to figure out a way to share my stories with others but writing just didn't feel right. So I turned to comics to do it. And here I am!

re: How many comics have you read?
I...don't know.
When I was younger, I liked reading the comics in the paper and eventually moved into reading them in books.
I don't think its been hundreds, but definitely quite a few. Some of my favs are Case Closed (Detective Conan), The adventures of tintin, the manga adaptation of The Count of Monte Cristo, and Garfield
