Re: Book not visible
Looking forward to your reply.
Book not visible
Hello GlobalComix Support,I am reporting what appears to be an unexplained disappearance or publication-state change affecting my comic.
Account / creator details
Creator username: KaushikBose
Handle: @Bose27
Creator page: QUANTUM ECHOES
Publication: Quantum Echoes: The Proxima Paradox
Release: Part 1: The Fence
Observed sequence
1. The publication was previously publicly accessible on GlobalComix and had recorded reader activity.
2. The publication’s previous public URL was:
https://globalcomix.com/c/quantum-echoes-the-proxima-paradox
3. The URL now returns:
“Comic not found… It may have been removed or the link is no longer valid.”
4. My GlobalComix account itself remains active.
5. Within my profile, QUANTUM ECHOES still appears under “My Pages” and identifies me as “Creator.”
6. However, the publication/release is no longer accessible through its previous public URL.
7. I have received no email, moderation notice, policy warning, copyright notification, takedown notice, or other communication from GlobalComix explaining a removal or change in publication status.
Because the creator entity remains associated with my account while the previously accessible publication has disappeared, I would appreciate a technical/account-level investigation before I attempt to recreate or re-upload anything.
Could you please check your internal records and confirm:
• whether the comic or release was manually unpublished or deleted, and if so, when and by which mechanism/account action;
• whether GlobalComix moderation or an automated system changed its publication status;
• whether there was a migration, indexing, database, permissions, ownership-association, or publication-state error;
• the current database status of the series and Part 1: The Fence;
• whether the original comic/release IDs and associated statistics remain recoverable;
• whether any deletion/unpublish/status-change event exists in your audit logs;
• whether the publication can be restored to its previous public state without creating a new series and losing its existing history/statistics.
Important: Please do not treat this as a request to create a new publication or reset the series. I would first like the existing publication record investigated and, if possible, restored.
I have screenshots showing both states: my account continuing to identify me as the creator of QUANTUM ECHOES, and the former public comic URL returning “Comic not found.”
Please preserve the relevant account/publication logs while this is investigated and let me know the cause of the state change.
Thank you,
Kaushik Bose
