I have been using the app for about a week, when today July 16th, 2024. I was kicked off the app and unable to log in back in… I clicked the ‘forgot password?’ Because I was unsure if it was my password that was not working, it directed me to the website and had me logged in already…I could not find where to reset it on the website. I ended up finding where to reset it after 30 mins, but when i received the email for a new password and USED the new password, it told me I was missing credentials to log in… I am very unhappy as I was satisfied with the app but this has been a pain as I was really looking forward to using the app longer. On top of that I have already paid for a month and I can’t even use it…
