I am writing to report a critical error regarding my account analytics. I have attempted to contact support three times via email over the last 24 hours but have received zero ticket numbers or automated confirmations, suggesting your intake system may be failing.

The Issue:

My series, A Tale of Two Kitties and Scorpion, are experiencing aggressive, automated hit reductions. I have just witnessed a sudden reduction of over 1,000 page reads in a single cycle.

The Data Discrepancy:

• A Tale of Two Kitties is currently ranked #2 in Views for Cyberpunk and #11 in Anti-Hero.

• My internal dashboard shows 8,768 page reads from 222 unique readers (a 40-page-per-reader average).


My traffic is legitimate engagement coming from my Reddit and Facebook promotions. It appears your automated audit system is misidentifying this high-engagement "binge reading" as invalid traffic and purging it. This is actively preventing me from reaching my 10,000-read milestone for premium transition.

Please have a human moderator investigate my account, stop the automated reductions, and restore the purged hits. I am happy to provide screenshots of my dashboard and social media analytics as proof of legitimate traffic.
