This story is based on Toby Fox's Undertale. In this AU, the familiar world of Undertale takes on a sinister and frightening appearance. No one remains alive. Only old, tattered dolls wandering through the Underground serve as reminders of its former inhabitants. Frisk must confront her fears and uncover what truly happened here.
Hmm...so all the creatures are indeed plant-life. They are all remade as plants by what I'm assuming is Asreil's doing. It seemed like though that tiny creature was actually warning rather than showing Frisk the way. Just like how Froggit was warning Frisk of Toriel before their mind got corrupted back to default. My question is who brought Frisk into the house? Sans maybe? He was stalking Frisk from a distance from the window, but why? What is the point of humoring this? Why not just bring Frisk right to Asriel or whoever their leader possibly is. They were really only looking for Chara and they know this isn't Chara, so what could they possibly want with Frisk now? Also someone was talking to Frisk and they mentioned 'our' people. It could be someone that was talking to Chara as in the game the little notes we got from people talking to us was actually things Chara actually heard and not Frisk, so it is a possibly that this message was directed towards either Asriel or Chara. If that is the case then what is the threat? Were these vine creatures not Asriel's doings? We see a constant theme of golden flowers that would indicate it is him, but if this message is directed towards him, then that means these vine creatures just kinda...appeared? That would be the only reason I know that they would be under threat. The journal that Frisk's picks up also seems to have been written before someone's demise. Possibly Sans? I wouldn't imagine someone like Papyrus writing something as depressing as that as in the game he was always cheerful even in death, so it would only make sense for that to be Sans note since it does look like it could be Sans and Papyrus' house. The main question now is IF the vine creatures aren't Asriel's doing for revenge or anything, then what do they want with Chara and why are they going out of their way to mimic the monsters such as Froggit, Toriel, and the other monsters in the ruin? That part doesn't make sense to me. At first I thought that maybe it was supposed to be a reminder of what Chara did and that is why they are going out of there way to mimic them, but IF this isn't Asriel's doing then why even bother mimicking the underground monsters? That just doesn't make sense to me. I just can't figure out their motive for that.
