After one year since Andrew a buff blonde guy, first visited Halco, a city of walking talking animals called anthros. He'd return due to his interest in the unique locals and in search of new opportunities, he would reunite with his anthro doberman friend named Helga, who's now a policewomen. Though Andrew wants to continue their relationship, Helga is not as enthused. With strange events that's been going in the city, these two will have to sort their feelings while up against unknown threats.
