what if you add an twist where the food they were eating was other animal friends because they are eating an chicken like, the funny chicken or something else and when a new animal comes to the family its to replace somone. the reason they looked scared to open the door idk. it looked like she was hypnotized so idk if this will be seen or inspired from but keep up the good work everyone working on this.

I can't wait for the next chapter this is amazing keep up the good work Skynix, but I noticed since funky monkey has glasses we can't really tell if he remembers the outside world so yeah I was just wondering if funky monkey took of their glasses would they have the shine and is he really blind because how does he know what a squirrel looks like none of the animals are squirrels and plus no one could describe what a squirrel would look like because they cant remember anything well maybe the elephent could but thats the only thing logically reason he would know what a squirel would look like.And I just relized I typed to much srry -__-

In the last dinner scene i think its crazy that when mother says that the pain will disappear that means the other children are already dead because they died of starvation wich means if she doesn't escape soon she won't be able to get out because shed dead

Well, most likely mother's comment of never being hungry again just meant that Catie will 'forget' otherwise the comic would be over soon. You can go 3 weeks without food, but only 2-3 days without water.

It's a bit strange how hostile everyone reacted to 'imposters', as in 'not part of the community' (even when it's a fake one)... even though that scene could just be in there for comic relief.
