Mikesaka Tamaki runs an art class in Japan. Through this slice-of-life manga, you'll get a peek into my daily life. By reading, you'll discover some of the drawing techniques I teach my students and catch a glimpse of life in Japan.
Looks like you’ve met your match in knowledge of art. Kanji is also another form of Japanese writing but if I’m not mistaken, it’s written vertically.
@Agentny003 Yeah, each of my students has their own strengths, and their personalities really come through in their work. Class is always full of inspiration! As for kanji, it can be written both vertically and horizontally— but the calligraphy piece he brought in this time was written vertically.
