Smallseas is a story I created with the sole intention of giving a unique perspective on various areas like character/world design, war, ideology, and overall the importance of family and what it means to fight for a better tomorrow.

Li’l Colors is about a young Aeta named Panggo who was tasked to find a new suitable home for his exiled tribe. In his innocence and natural inclination to help others, Panggo met new friends along the way, including Imo, a prince of an Igorot tribe who was struggling to win his father’s approval of being a good leader. The unlikely duo embarked on different adventures and challenges not knowing that they were being haunted by Lahari, an evil overlord that commanded different minions including the mysterious Damo who persistently follows and find ways to divert the duo from their task. Damo causes enormous destruction whenever he gave trouble to the duo and their friends, all due simply to take the spear of Apo Kidlat. Meanwhile on Panggo’s homeland, Mount Pinatubo, Lahari and his creatures of the underworld vehemently attacked villages of different tribes and lands as his pursuit to expand his ground and eventually conquer the whole world. Through Panggo and Imo’s journeys, they consequentially learned valuable lessons, learned new skills and gained more allies from different tribes of different parts of the world. These newly-found friends of different race and different colors will eventually be very helpful for them, for their quests and for the world.
