Lucas Wilson) will soon learn that the explosive event called “The Shock” had given powers to more individuals too, who will use them to bring chaos to Blackpool, unless Dasher intervenes and stops them in their tracks. Thanks to his incredible speed, Blackpool will have a new guardian, watching over them. Hopefully this will return the town back to its bright and colourful glory days full of fun and laughter from locals and tourists alike. However, the real threat lurks below their feet, emerging from the sewers.
