 The MIGHTY Sidewinder
The MIGHTY Sidewinder
Comic - Sci-Fi
Exobiologists should have one Sidewinder, the only ship that lands on a space the size of a handkerchief. The little Sidewinder is, in fact, more than a useful all-rounder, it is fast and fun… and the most ecological. Discover how to get your own Sidewinder in Elite: Dangerous ready for exploration.
A Cobra in the Backyard
A Cobra in the Backyard
Comic - Sci-Fi
A comic-style eBook showing the new survey pack theme for the Cobra MK III used in a short exobiology tour around "the bubble", to reveal how to "make a living" exploring planets and moons within the region of colonized space spanning 160 light-years from Sol. The nearly 30-page comic-style eBook is a clear example that the area still has hidden planetary wonders waiting to be found. Or rediscovered…
The Six Nebula Tour
The Six Nebula Tour
Comic - Sci-Fi
A comic-style eBook showing aspects of the voyage organized by Commander Fuinnel for those interested in exploring some of the nebulas in Elite:Dangerous. The seven weeks long - or short... - tour of the six nebulas created the conditions for this 50-page eBook that ends being a document of the wonders experienced by the participants. The Six Nebula Tour is published with a big THANK YOU to Commander Fuinnel, who created the tour, with the support of the Stellar Cartographers Guild, and offered the Fleet Carrier FOB Vindaloovia as "home" to the explorers who signed for this tour.
Journey to the PIT
Journey to the PIT
Comic - Sci-Fi
The fleet carrier FOB Vindaloovia was scheduled to make two trips to EHAM, as a resupply vessel, so I took my Sidewinder and a suitcase - nothing more needed or allowed on board for this trip - and used the opportunity to explore the area in Elite:Dangerous Odyssey.
A Sense of Wonder
A Sense of Wonder
Comic - Sci-Fi
After finishing one eBook covering the Distant Legacy expedition I said to myself that the journey, which took us to some of the most fantastic places in the space simulation, could probably be shared with others, using some of the key images from the original eBook. That's how A Sense of Wonder took shape.
The Stellar Remnant Tour - Elite Dangerous Odyssey
The Stellar Remnant Tour - Elite Dangerous Odyssey
Comic - Sci-Fi
The Stellar Remnant Tour - with a practical guide to keep your Fleet Carrier in the black… - that’s a long title - is the 14th eBook created with assets from Elite: Dangerous Odyssey. This volume looks at the stellar remnant bodies present in two regions of the galaxy: Elysian Shore and the Formidine Rift. Using them as key waypoints for the journey, the expedition took the fleet carrier The Yellow Star through some of the most interesting places waiting for explorers to visit them.
The NEBULAS at the Galactic Centre
The NEBULAS at the Galactic Centre
Comic - Sci-Fi
After a series on Guardians and their Ancient Sites, it’s time to look at nebulas (or nebulae, if you prefer), starting at the Galactic Centre. Some of these nebulae belong to a very special and restrict group present in the core of the galaxy: they have not formed any stars, so they can only be seen from the planets and systems around them. It’s clearly an unusual situation, making it a challenge to create visual documents of these bodies.
The NEBULA at the Trojan Belt
The NEBULA at the Trojan Belt
Comic - Sci-Fi
As we felt for The Veils, with its single nebula, we also approached Trojan Belt with caution, with fear that the trip would be in vain. We’ve yet, in fact, to find a region from the galaxy that does not have exciting features that make you stay longer. The whole volume shared here is an example of how much you can find in the Trojan Belt. And we only touched the surface!
The NEBULA at Dryman's Point
The NEBULA at Dryman's Point
Comic - Sci-Fi
It’s becoming a trend! In the Veils and at Trojan Belt we feared a single nebula would not justify the journey, and we were wrong. This time, at Dryman’s Point, we knew the single nebula was important, but nothing prepared us for the colorful experience we share in this volume. It’s, no doubt, one of the most exciting places to visit if you are an astrophotographer.
HIP 27952 - The Science-Fiction System
HIP 27952 - The Science-Fiction System
Comic - Sci-Fi
From the moment I decided to explore the colonization system in Elite: Dangerous I knew I wanted to give my system a sci-fi theme. The naming system for stations, outposts and settlements allowed it, but when INARA linked the names chosen to Galpedia and Wikipedia, I discovered not everything was as I intended. So here is the eBook that sets things straight.
