In 1984 Tromaville, scrawny nerd Melvin is brutally bullied and thrown into a barrel of toxic waste. He undergoes a painful, glowing transformation into Toxie — a massive, ultra-muscular green-skinned mutant with superhuman strength and a grotesque heroic physique. Empowered by the chemicals, Toxie embarks on a violent rampage of revenge: smashing bullies in the gym, battling corrupt cops and goons in the streets, and confronting the town’s crooked mayor. With brutal punches, throws, and Troma-style gross-out action, he cleans up the scum and becomes an unlikely champion for the citizens. The story follows his journey from helpless victim to unstoppable hero, ending with Toxie proudly patrolling the polluted streets, ready for more justice.
