Pitter Patter
Graphic Novel - Comedy
Pitter Patter is an extremely campy and manic, dark comedy, horror, fever dream about Blush Saltator, a small-town boy raised in a secret society who has big-time dreams of using his family lines mystical powers to rule the world in a reign of terror.
It chronicles his rise and fall and triumphant rise again as he goes from lovable 80s television celebrity to diabolical doomsday cult leader and all the friends he meets on the way.
My elevator pitch for the book has been "It's kind of a cross between The Rocky Horror picture show and Carrie".
Evil Inc
Graphic Novel - Comedy
Evil Inc is a national corporation run by supervillains. It's like any other workplace, except the dress code leans heavily towards spandex, and interdepartmental conflicts sometimes involve a trip to the emergency room. (When these folks punch in at the beginning of the day, they really mean it.) It's a workplace filled with secret identities, secret weapons, and secret passageways... yet the biggest secret of all may be the budding romance between one employee, Miss Match, and the city's top superhero, Captain Heroic.
