Release #12 - A Burning Beginning - Pages 13-14

It's a double update! Since this was originally formatted as a comic book page spread I decided to put this entire segment together. Hope you enjoy! This illuminated manuscript appears to have a slime problem... I have a mild obsession with 13th-century illustrations so I did a ton of research for these two pages. The way monsters especially were portrayed in them is absolutely fascinating to me.
