Converse city is a cold, isolated, poor, deadly city. Its separated from all of society, far too much crime and destruction goes on in that damned place. Dead bodies and rubble fill the streets as gangs run wild, killing everyone. There is a border, guarded by soldiers to not let the people out or in. They cannot risk a war seeping into the rest of America. Cain was raised in this hell hole. He grew up in violence, at the age of 14. His father, a former member of the Stepas, was murdered right in front of Cains eyes. Cain was taken in by a man named James Anderson, and studies martial arts to inflict and passage his inner hatred for the people of this city. Cain draws his blade and draws his mask as the Judge of Converse City, and swears to strike fear into the hearts of crime. With him classified as a new threat to the city, rising political tensions, and a dark secret, The Judge of converse city will save us all!
