The Amazing Digital Circus: Deabstracted

This is a post Episode 9 continuation of The Amazing Digital Circus. Abstraction is not the end. Under the Circus grounds is a place called the Data River, and the code inside it can bring people back. Pomni is the first to prove it. She pulls Jax back, and later Ribbit returns too. The three of them, along with the rest of the cast, start pushing deeper into a system that was never supposed to let anyone leave. The longer they dig, the clearer it becomes that the Circus is only the surface of something older. The host knows more than he has ever admitted, and somewhere outside the digital walls a part of the original story is still unfinished. What follows is the slow, difficult work of staying human while they try to crack an exit that might finally free them all, and maybe save the one person the system was built to reach.
