Synopsis:
High among the ancient canopy of Featherbrook, life has always been quiet, safe, and hidden from the world below. For Pip, a young but determined town guard, the night sky has always been a source of comfort—until tonight.
When a brilliant streak of light tears across the heavens and crashes deep within the forest, Pip is the first to witness it. What he finds buried in the earth is no mere falling star, but something alive with power — something not meant for him.
