A retired space miner and a hybrid guinea pig have something in common: they are both fugitives from the perverse justice imposed on Earth by the "Regents" through the "Common Utocracy." When their paths cross by chance on the surface of Mars, escaping the solar system to achieve their longed-for freedom won't be so simple, as a deranged fugitive hunter is on their trail.

This is the third in this sci-fi, fantasy adventure series. The story continues to unfold, giving us insight into just how these children came to be on Earth. The underlying premise may also be perhaps we may be living in the shadows of a time forgotten by or unrealized by mankind today. The ending offers evidence to this reasoning.
