“Tracy Miller” a 14-year-old freshman whose family has moved to the west side of Chicago’s life changes forever when he is struck by lightning trying to save his new next door neighbor from being hit by a car.
Due to the rising crime rate the Government has implemented martial law amongst the citizens of Chicago. Tracy’s father and his software engineering team have developed a series of A.I. Task Force robots to insure that everyone abides by the new laws.
Unknown to Tracy and his mother Some of these robots that were designed by his father and his team have been known to use excessive force, injure, and have been known to kill some citizens that are out past the new 10pm curfew rule.
