Snipe Hunter

Snipe Hunter follows the life of a blind girl named Alva Hart who spent her childhood being mocked for her strangely pointy ears. When some other kids decide to prank her by sending her on a "snipe hunt" she stumbles upon a portal to the magical world where she learns that she is a half-elf. She also realizes that her blindness isn't total, but that she can see magic. Raised by the elvish military, she quickly distinguishes herself and becomes the bodyguard of the princess. Together they'll get into all sorts of hijinks, but in the background Alva's elvish father is scheming to use her skills for his own purposes.
