Graphic Novel - Teen
A Graphic Novel series set in Oregon during the early 2010s, Teenadult follows the ups and downs from teenhood to adulthood of three characters. Matthew Timberhall, a carefree mid-teen, is trying to find a purpose in his life, if he could, that is. He doesn't appreciate his family tangling with his personal life as he'd rather be more independant. Juan Eduardo, a basketball enthusiast, is striving to join the city's basketball team, the Propellers. However, Juan plans to join the college team first as to make an impression of himself. Darren Whitesmith, born with a silver spoon in his mouth, is a very rewarding descendant of his family. Overambitious, Darren is more content with making choices of his own over family, which puts Darren, and his own family, at a disadvantage as this practice that is strictly forbidden within Whitesmith family tradition. Therefore Darren has to convince the Family that he isn't trying to defame them.
