Along the way he joins two other fellow rejects—Cy, a sentient training dummy with a knightly code, and Zillow, a sadistic moon-elf healer whose magic can only heal (much to her frustration). Together, they bumble their way across cursed forests, pirate airships, and dungeon lairs, slowly realizing they just might be the heroes this world needs.

Rather than just referencing the works of this era, Cloudscratcher is meant to feel like a comic adaptation of a show that could have existed back then. One you could've watched as a kid sitting on the carpet with a bowl of cereal in your lap on Saturday morning, or waiting for you when you got home after school. The kind you continue to love as an adult for its characters and story.
