Pow-Wow, a stunning yet humble hero, tackles crime in the chaotic streets of Sega City, a sanctuary for criminals. After assisting a fierce alien with directions, it bizarrely thanked her by zapping off her arm and replacing it with an annihilator blaster cannon. Her unique and distracting costume often leaves villains at a disadvantage, causing her to blast her cannon uncontrollably, resulting in massive collateral damage. In her first major challenge, she faces Brain Freeze, a monstrous villain with a block of ice for a head and a creepy skull floating inside, who aims to freeze the entire city.
