El señor Calzetín es un cómic independiente que empieza a ser publicado desde el 2005 en fanzines, tiras de periódico y revistas literarias, en el 2015 aparece su primera novela gráfica. “Momentos en el tiempo o los días regulares de un personaje (medio)ocre”, la cual en su momento tuvo dos premios, uno en el 2008 para la realización de la obra, y otro en el 2014 para su publicación. Esta obra habla sobre la vida de un escritor, de cómo intenta ganarse la vida en eso de la palabra escrita, trabaja en una revista literaria donde publica semanalmente una columna en la que relata anécdotas de su vida y la forma en que entiende el mundo, en el cómic cada columna es representada como una tira, plasmando un momento indeterminado en la vida del platicador, como suele llamarlo el autor de cómics que aparece debes en cuando para interactuar tanto con la obra como el espectador.
