After an accident in her youth left her dangling in limbo, stuck between the living world and the dead, Penelope used her newfound connection to the undead to study the ins and outs of all things paranormal. Now, under the moniker Peni Dreadful, she leverages her unique skills as a Paranormal Investigator.
