One of Eartha's adventurous hobbies is looting for any cool scraps in the junkyard.
This comic was made a few years ago. First couple of comics is in color, until I ultimately decided to hop into mono greys.
A rainy afternoon stroll is interrupted by a... "ghost."
It seems like Eartha & this strange alien have met each other before. I haven't made a comic of them meeting for the first time, but eventually I will.
Short comics of Eartha part 2, 3, something.
Snowman: Eartha is building it just to pass time, and for a bit of fun too.
Meditating: Sometimes Eartha meditates just to feel the wind and the sunlight.
Radio: The radio was from the junkyard. It still works...kinda...
Eartha is passing time looking through collected things, until an out-of-nowhere surprise, um, surprise her!
Marin the genie will return soon... Not sure when, though. And as for the colored hair in a grey comic? Well, that idea didn't last long...
Eartha stumbles upon a deserted city. She doesn't understand why it's destroyed, but she marches on nonetheless. New place, new adventure. Nothing can go wrong, right?...
Honestly, this is one of my favorite comics I made. The "liminal space" trend from a few years ago inspired me to create this (example: pages 3 & 11).
Here are some of the early short stories about the bubbly red self-proclaimed "witch," Coral.
I used to made her kinda like a stereotypical witch; potions, wizard class, all that. Eventually, I wanted to deviate from that trope, but it's gonna be slow.
Coral's little sister, Carol, is sick, so she goes out to search for a rare ingredient, the Glacier Seaweed. It's required to create a medical tea for the flu.
This was made a couple of years ago, & it was one of my favorite comics at the time.
Eartha & Stella are having fun at the beach. Their activity is interrupted by a weird octopus lady named Coral, who self-proclaims herself to be the "witch of the seven seas," or some nonsense like that.
Eartha stumbles upon an abandoned laboratory. She's in for a little surprise from the dark.
This is honestly not one of my best works, as I cut some corners here & there (especially with the new werewolf character, oof).
Spear Fishing: When Eartha needs fish, she brings her spear & goes to a nearby lake.
Meia Lua Kick: Eartha is practicing one of the Brazilian (more so originally from West Africa) kick techniques, the Meia Lua de Compasso. Practicing various martial arts from all around the world is one of her favorite hobbies.
Selfies: Carla, Coral’s older sister, enjoys taking selfies in her pass time.
Bloody Bloops: Coral likes to venture off searching for exotic creatures (preferably dead ones) & take their blood for "personal studies."
Eartha seeks warm shelter in a well & waits for the harsh snowfall to end...
I intentionally made this comic fast-paced in some form of fashion. So anyway, stay cozy.
Eartha notices a strange orb on a lake. A bit of scooping around will lead Eartha into a brief cosmic ride!
Another long comic, yay. I haven't made many cosmic ventures, so I came up with this small space-travel idea. Damn, I should make Eartha go out to travel. But how do I do that well?...
Basically, a retelling/remake mixed with a few old comics from a few years ago, such as “Sisters, Weird Ritual, & Sudden Fail." I think I might delete the old ones if necessary.
I don't like how the old ones looked, so voila.
To me, I'm not proud of the dialogue here. It felt stilted in a way that I can't describe. Guess I was in a daze or something...
Coral is testing out a new medicine using the saliva from the infamous lip worm... Ladies & gentlemen, I think she's, gasp, into it. Or I'm just being sil-BONK...
Prologue of Eartha's next adventure.
Eartha is planning her next exploration, the hike to that mysterious mountain, Mt Diablo. She’s been curious about that ever since she was a little child thanks to notes and books.
