Midnight Comics Presents: Space Wars In an alternative universe of fake news and alternative facts, there was once a villain who was not what they seemed. But first, all they want to do is watch "Dancing with the Stars" and "Mars Attacks." You know, the reality show where masked robots dream up dance moves and the 1990s docuseries on the Martian race. The universe's only hope relies on the villain and a ragtag group of so-called heroes. What can possibly go wrong?

In a bid to control the interstitial realm that links two metaphysically twinned planets, a demented self-help guru imprisons the writer and illustrator in their own comic, but the illustrator fights back and his ultimately tragic attempt to escape demonstrates to you the reader that you do not exist.
